Schedule classes

  • We are located in the HUB shopping complex in Hillcrest at the corner of Vermont & University. SRP is on the second floor, directly across from Trader Joe’s. We are between Mellow Massage & Anatomy Chiropractic, Suite #209B

  • There is abundant free parking in the HUB lot for 2 hours. There is also underground parking available, please enter by Ralph’s or Trader Joe’s. Please note that this parking lot is BUSY! Allow extra time to get to your class on time.

  • Grip socks are required. They are available for sale at the studio. Please bring water if you would like it, there is no water for sale at the studio.

  • All purchases are final and non refundable.

  • Please cancel through our online booking system MindBody or the MindBody App. We do not accept class cancellations by email or phone. If you cancel 8 hours PRIOR to your scheduled class start time your class will automatically be returned to your membership or class pack & can be used to book another class.

  • Canceling less than 8 hours prior to your scheduled class start time is considered a ‘Late Cancel’. If you Late Cancel, or if you 'No Show' your class will be deducted from your package. Please be respectful of others who might be on the waitlist & cancel early if you are unable to attend.

    Please note if you are cancelling a private session we require 24 hr. notice to avoid losing the session. Please contact your private instructor directly to cancel.

  • If a class is full you have the option to place yourself on the waitlist. Please note if you place yourself on a waitlist it is your responsibility to see if you made it into class. Please ensure you are set up to receive text &/or email notifications in your app.

    HOW DOES IT WORK?

    The system will automatically place you from the waitlist into the class if a spot becomes available 8 hrs. prior to the scheduled class start time. You will be responsible for the class even if you are unaware. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you know you can no longer attend the class. If someone cancels less than 8 hrs prior to the scheduled class start you will not automatically be place in the class. If you see an opening please remove yourself from the waitlist & book into class.

    For example: a class starts at 8 am on Tuesday. If you are on the waitlist & another student cancels at 10 pm Monday night you will automatically be placed into the class from the waitlist ( person cancelled 10 hrs prior to the start of the class). However, using the same example, if the person cancelled at 5 am on Tues morning, you would NOT be placed into the class & remain on the waitlist, but you would see 1 open spot in the class. This is because the person only cancelled 3 hrs prior to the class start & will lose their class due to late cancellation. That’s why it’s important to check the schedule for availability last minute because cancellations always occur.

    • First time clients are requested to arrive 5 minutes before class to meet the instructor and get a brief introduction of the reformer. Also a great time to discuss any injuries or limitations you might have

    • Please finish all phone calls PRIOR to entering the studio. We understand that emergencies happen, but please leave the class & step outside if you need to answer your phone or watch. We are a small, cozy studio & it is very distracting for others around you

    • If you arrive 5 or more minutes late you will NOT be allowed to take the class. This is for your safety as the class is already in progress. Also it is a huge distraction to the flow of the class already in progress. We admit standby students 5 min after the class has begun if a space is available.

    • Share the Pilates love! Class packs may be shared between friends, family & co-workers. If you are interested in sharing please contact the studio to have us set this up.
